About

This portrait is of a great friend of mine. The scene unfolds under the warm sunset sun, already a few summers ago in Munich. Although the crown of flowers on the head is still an ornament for hair, its symbology dates back to Antiquity, where it was known as a sign of a person’s distinction. Chromatic harmony is combined with a vision attached to reality, as indicators of a naturalistic style. She is immersed in the nostalgia of her home country showing us visually a lyrical representation of human emotions.
